HVAC Duct Work
Fallen flex, missing returns, and bath fans that blow into the attic.
AC Installation and Replacement
System replacement sized to the house, with the line set and the air handler done like a new install.
Furnace and Heating Repair
No heat, short cycling, or a pilot that will not stay lit on an older furnace.
Ductwork Repair and Sealing
Fallen flex, crushed runs, and leaks at the takeoffs, sealed where they can be reached.
Thermostat and Controls
A thermostat that reads the wrong temperature or cannot call the right stage.
Seasonal Tune-Up and Maintenance
Filters, burners, coils, condensate, and the checklist that prevents a July breakdown.
Condensate and Drain Line Service
Water on the air-handler platform is almost always the condensate line.
Complete hvac repairs
& installations.
The licensed company handles the trade work and the drywall, trim, or paint around it, on one written scope.
One written scope for the whole hvac job.
Most hvac calls start with one symptom and end up touching the wall, the ceiling, or the floor around it. We quote that work as lines on one estimate, so the drywall and paint are not a separate company.
Cooling
- No-cool calls
- Frozen coils
- Thermostat replacement
- Condensate drains that dump into the ceiling
Heating
- Furnace tune-ups
- Filter and blower service
- Flue and combustion-air checks
- Uneven rooms
Ducts
- Disconnected runs in the attic
- Bath fan duct that dumps moist air into insulation
- New registers after a remodel
We inspect the cause, check what else it touched, and leave a written scope with materials and timing. The visit is free and there is no obligation to book the work.

diagnosis
Common hvac problems we solve.
AC that runs and never catches up
A dirty filter, a low charge, or a duct that fell off in the attic. We check the cheap causes before we condemn the condenser.
Water in the closet
The condensate line is the usual culprit in Ocean Township summers. We clear it and set an overflow switch when there isn't one.
Rooms that never cool
Closed dampers, a crushed flex run, or a return that is starved. Balancing beats a bigger unit.
Coastal-grade parts.
Pro-grade tools.
Jersey Shore humidity, salt air, and freeze-thaw cycles destroy bargain hardware. Here is what our hvac truck actually carries to your house.
- Rigid galvanized sheet-metal trunks & takeoffs
- R-8 insulated flex duct runs suspended off joists
- Mastic-sealed plenums & balancing dampers
- Safe-T-Switch float cutoffs on primary & auxiliary pans
- Clear-trap service ports & algicide tablets
- Pitched PVC condensate drains to legal outlets
- Honeywell & Ecobee smart thermostats with C-wire
- USA-made dual-run capacitors & sealed contactors
- Dedicated disconnect boxes & whip conduits
- MERV-rated media filter cabinets
- Quiet Panasonic Whisper ceiling bath exhaust fans
- Rigid metal dryer vent runs to exterior hoods
HVAC questions & answers
Don't see your question? Call (732) 333-7800 — a real tradesperson answers 24/7.
Do you service both furnaces and central air?
Yes. Spring and fall tune-ups, plus the no-heat and no-cool calls in between.
Can you add a return in a finished room?
Often. We look at the joist direction before we promise a grille in a specific wall.
Why is my air handler leaking?
A clogged trap or a cracked pan. We do not keep running a unit that is wetting the platform.
Do you install smart thermostats in older NJ houses?
Yes, when there is a common wire or we can add one. A Wi-Fi stat on a two-wire millivolt system is a different job, and we will tell you.
Why is there water in the air-handler closet?
The condensate trap is clogged or the float switch was never installed. We clear the line and add the switch so the next clog shuts the unit off instead of wetting the platform.
Do you seal duct leaks?
The ones we can reach: the takeoffs and the fallen flex. We do not promise a whole-house seal on ducts buried under a finished ceiling.
Can you balance a room that never cools?
We look for a closed damper, a crushed run, and a return that is starved by a door you keep shut. A bigger condenser does not fix a closed door.
What is a tune-up on a furnace here?
Filter, blower, flame sensor, flue draft, and the combustion air that additions often block. We do not just change the filter and leave.
Will you install a thermostat that needs a common wire?
If we can pull a C wire from the air handler, yes. We will not fake a C with a power-stealing stat on a system that shorts the heat circuit.
