We started in 2001 with a simple idea: one company should be able to stop the leak, repair what it damaged, and finish the room. Two decades later, that is still how we work across Monmouth and Ocean County.

Where do I start if I only know the room?
Tell us the room and what it is doing — dripping, tripping, sticking, or cold. We will send the trade that matches and take it from there. You do not have to diagnose the cause on the phone.
What happens on the first visit?
We look at the cause, check what else it touched, and leave a written scope. The visit is free and there is no obligation to book the work.
Can one visit cover the leak and the damage it caused?
Yes. We stop the water, dry the area, repair the framing or sheetrock, and paint it back to match. It stays on one scope instead of two companies.
Do you pull permits?
When your town requires one, yes. We handle the paperwork and meet the inspector for the trades we perform.
Do you work with tenants and landlords?
Yes, with the owner's authorization. If a repair opens a wall, we need the owner's approval before we start.
